Global warming?
Life in Corfu is pleasantly bizarre and after a while you find yourself going native and just going with it.
I have spent many an evening in my local bar in Stavros, supping a beer or two and chatting away in pidgin French or
German. Even occasionally English! It was only yesterday that it dawned on me that the bar, which is half way up a mountain (1,000 feet above sea level to be exact), has a life belt prominently displayed on the wall. Why?!
I can only asusme that Kostas knows more about global warming than I do and is expecting a flood of truly biblical proportions!
